2、请各网站关闭"蔡武出任文化部党组书记 于幼军不再担任"一则报道的新闻跟帖。
3、各网站不就"全国亿万学生阳光体育冬季长跑活动"设置议题讨论，不推荐有关反对性博文帖文，也不在首页及新闻中心首屏摆放反对性报道和评论。
